Built on combined 15+ years between China and the world.
Decade Leap was founded in 2025 to formalise the work our founders had been doing for over a decade, across supply chain, supplier coordination, market expansion, and brand-side advisory. The company is new. The practice behind it isn't.
From a decade of practice, to one operating company.
Our founders spent over a decade inside the machinery of the China supply chain, in factories across Guangdong and Zhejiang, in negotiation rooms in Hong Kong, on WeChat at midnight with suppliers, in distribution meetings in Jakarta and Singapore. We worked as employees, as freelancers, and as sole proprietors, coordinating manufacturers for brands sourcing from China, advising brands navigating Chinese supplier networks, and helping Chinese factories step out from OEM into their own consumer markets. In 2025 we incorporated Decade Leap in Hong Kong to formalise all of that under one banner.
Our founders run two of their own brands in Indonesia. Toys. Skincare. Shipping today, through the same supply chains we advise clients on.
Grounded across HK, China, and Indonesia. Working across the region.
Our founders are based across Hong Kong, mainland China, and Indonesia. That's where our deepest networks sit. From there, we travel across the Asia-Pacific to meet partners and clients. We help Chinese factories and brands enter Indonesia, Singapore, the US, and Europe. And we help brands from Korea, Japan, the US, and Indonesia navigate Chinese supplier networks.
Four things we won't compromise.
Independence
We are paid by clients. Never by suppliers. No kickbacks, no referral fees, no hidden commissions. It's the only way to give honest advice.
Operators, not advisors
We run our own brands too. Every recommendation we give a client is something we've already tested through our own supply chains, with our own money on the line. Consultants who only consult are missing half the picture.
On the ground
We visit factories. We sit in supplier meetings. We walk markets in HK, China, and Indonesia. Real supply chain work doesn't happen over email, and we refuse to pretend otherwise.
Plain speech
If something is risky, we say so. If a project isn't right for us, we say that too. Clients don't pay us to tell them what they want to hear.
Brands and factories with something to lose.
Our best work is with brands whose reputation depends on what comes out of the factory, and with factories whose growth depends on whether their first-market launch lands or fails. In both cases, a bad call costs more than money. It costs trust, time, and the credibility that took years to build.
